Conversations Across the Creek: Evolution
Conversations is an initiative by the Humanities Research Centre (HRC) and the Australian National Centre for the Public Awareness of Science (CPAS) to provide a space for continuing dialogue among scientists, social scientists, and humanities scholars. Meetings are held monthly, with the aim of stimulating and unearthing research and teaching collaborations across the university.
Join us for the fifth conversation, where four diverse scholars cross Sullivan's Creek to present their latest research.
October speakers include:
- Dr Rachael Brown, Philosophy
- Dr Hilary Howes, Archaeology & Anthropology
- Dr Rob Lanfear, Biology
- Professor Diana Slade, Applied Linguistics
The event is free and all are welcome -- we look forward seeing colleagues from all disciplines amongst the audience. Light lunch provided. For catering reasons, guests are encouraged to RSVP here.
